Behavior Technician

The role involves working one-On-One with children with special needs to support the development of essential life skills, such as communication, self-Help, social, and play skills. Responsibilities also include implementing behavior plans designed by bcbas and meticulously tracking client progress through data collection and clinical note recording.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, along with having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Applicants must also be willing to work at least three weekdays between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm for 2 to 3-Hour sessions and provide necessary vaccination records.
