Weekend Youth Sports Instructor- Upland

The youth sports coach is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to young children following b.e.s.t. Curriculum guidelines, leading and instructing classes, camps, or clinics for children aged 18 months to 12 years. This role also involves maintaining a positive learning environment, ensuring participant safety, and managing necessary equipment setup and breakdown.

Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and engage young children effectively in a group setting while demonstrating dependability and a team-Oriented attitude. Essential duties include implementing lesson plans, ensuring participant safety, and handling administrative tasks like check-Ins and reporting.
