ABA Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

The technician will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, utilizing applied behavior analysis (Aba) techniques to build skills and follow individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include making learning engaging, recording progress using company technology, and collaborating with families to reinforce learned skills.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance. Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred, and evening/After-School availability is advantageous.
