Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and have 2 years experience working with teens (21 years preferred). Possesses good human relation skills with parents, peers and other staff. Enjoys teenagers and has the ability to interact and communicate with them effectively. Demonstrates good moral character. Has leadership experience with youth groups and knowledge of group work principles and processes. Maintain current certifications in CPR Heartsaver and First-Aid certification, Child Abuse Prevention training, Safety and Risk Management training and other designated training determined by Supervisor. Utilizes age-appropriate behavior management techniques with participants and models appropriate behavior. Displays good organizational skills related to handling paperwork and maintaining materials in a neat and orderly manner.
