Classroom Teacher

The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for infants while implementing the l.e.a.p. Curriculum® to support early learning and development. This role also involves building strong relationships with families and collaborating with staff to maintain a positive workplace and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Candidates must have at least six months of professional childcare or teaching experience, with one year preferred, and a high school diploma or ged; an associate degree in early childhood education is preferred. Required attributes include knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices, infant milestones, and a positive, dependable, and team-Oriented attitude.
