The support teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for infants while implementing the l.e.a.p. Curriculum® to support early learning and development. This role also involves building strong relationships with families and collaborating with staff to maintain a positive workplace and ensure compliance with state safety standards.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have at least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience, with one year preferred, and a high school diploma/Ged is required. An associate degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and infant milestones.
