Teacher Assistant (Full-time)

This role involves assisting the teacher in planning and implementing daily program activities and curriculum while ensuring a safe and positive atmosphere for all individuals in the classroom. Essential functions include maintaining required staff-To-Child ratios, actively participating in instruction, supporting behavioral management plans, and completing necessary records and incident reports.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a childcare setting. Current cpr pro & first aid certifications are mandatory, and knowledge of nys pre-K curriculum and ocfs guidelines is required if applicable to the program.
