Youth Empowerment Specialist – PT

The specialist will supervise and monitor resident activities to ensure a safe living environment, maintain professional relationships, and handle all required program documentation accurately and timely. Key duties include supporting program philosophies, utilizing crisis intervention skills, and assisting residents in achieving service plan goals through a team approach.

Candidates should be able to interact with youth in crisis, demonstrate skill in de-Escalating aggressive behavior, and show a desire to work with homeless and at-Risk urban youth. A bachelor's degree is preferable but not required if relevant experience is present, and bilingual proficiency in english and spanish is mandatory.
