Bilingual Youth Empowerment Specialist – PT

The specialist will supervise and monitor resident activities to ensure a safe living environment while providing case management and life skills support. They are responsible for conducting intakes, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating workshops to help youth achieve their personal and housing goals.

A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant experience working with at-Risk youth. Candidates must be bilingual in english and spanish and possess strong crisis intervention and de-Escalation skills.
