Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism in center-Based or home-Based settings, focusing on teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills. Responsibilities also include collecting data to monitor progress and providing regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals.

Candidates should possess passion and a desire to make a positive impact, although no direct experience is necessary as comprehensive onboarding and training are provided. Availability is required monday through friday between 9 am and 5 pm, and the position mandates passing a background check.
