The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with the special education teacher on daily schedules, testing schedules, and annual meetings, while also providing current student lists for maintaining the master Special Education list. NHA mandates specially designed instruction through methods like resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout services to meet each child's unique needs resulting from their disability.

This position is scheduled for 32 hours per week. This role is eligible for a signing bonus up to $5,000

The SLP works in collaboration with the special education teacher in the formation of daily schedules, testing schedules, and annual meetings. The SLP also supplies the special education teacher with current speech/language student lists so he/she can maintain a master Special Education list. NHA provides specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability such as, resource room, inclusion and/or pullout services.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in speech language pathology and hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Experience working with at-risk students is preferred, if applicable to the school setting.
