The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with the special education teacher on daily schedules, testing schedules, and annual meetings, while also providing current student lists for the master Special Education list maintenance. The SLP works in collaboration with the special education teacher in the formation of daily schedules, testing schedules, and annual meetings. The SLP also supplies the special education teacher with current speech/language student lists so he/she can maintain a master Special Education list. NHA provides specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability such as, resource room, inclusion and/or pullout services.
Must hold a master’s degree in speech language pathology - SLP License issued by the LARA Candidates with experience working with at-risk students is preferred, if applicable to the school.
