Interns are expected to engage in ministerial duties critical to the fca mission, which includes leading staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through spiritual practices like prayer and bible study. They must also affirm fca's christian beliefs and conduct themselves according to biblical standards at all times.

This is a volunteer collegiate internship designed for student athletes to develop their calling and career within ministry through fca, requiring agreement with and adherence to fca's christian community statement. Interns must follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and bible study, and actively participate in a local church.
