Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping therapy spaces clean, safe, and engaging children through active play, movement, and hands-On activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace involving frequent movement on and off the floor. A commitment to consistent attendance and completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire is mandatory.
