Substitute Teacher

The substitute teacher will step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency across mixed-Age groups, assisting with daily routines and classroom activities. Responsibilities also include helping to create a warm, safe, and engaging environment while collaborating with staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.

Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor, demonstrating a passion for working with young children. Minimum requirements include a negative tb test within the last 12 months and a valid state background check; formal montessori training is not required as training will be provided.
