Nido Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and maintaining an orderly, engaging learning environment. They collaborate with lead guides to facilitate individual and small-Group activities while fostering respectful relationships with children and families.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, collaborative mindset. While prior montessori experience is welcome, it is not required as the role includes sponsored training.
