Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children, preparing and maintaining the learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-Group learning activities. Key duties include building warm, respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with lead guides to foster a strong classroom community.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 3-6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. A genuine love for working with young children is essential, and an interest in the montessori approach is desired, though prior experience is not required.
