Specialized Assistant: MOCI

This individual will ensure the safety and success of assigned students, often those with disabilities, by building relationships, supporting teachers during lessons, and interacting with parents and families. The role specifically supports the moderate cognitive impairment program.

Minimum qualifications require either an associate's degree, 60 completed college credits, or proof of passing the ets paraprofessional exam. Preferred qualifications include experience in small group/Rti settings and understanding a student's iep.
