Patient Care Associate Trainer

The pca trainer provides individual hands-On training to health care associates and patient care associates in service delivery, creates training schedules, and conducts staff sign-Offs. This role also involves observing clinical support staff to determine individual needs for proficiency improvement across various responsibilities.

A minimum requirement is a high school diploma/Ged and two years of work experience as a medical assistant or equivalent experience at ppgny, along with a valid driver's license for travel between centers. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission regarding bodily autonomy and health equity.
