The specialist will act as the representative for Soccer Stars, delivering energetic coaching sessions based on the progressive curriculum while positively interacting with parents, school directors, and children daily. Key duties include engaging children to foster a love for soccer in a fun, non-competitive setting and maintaining clear, solution-oriented communication with school leadership.
Be the face and product of Soccer Stars in each class - positively interact with parents, school directors and children each day.
Deliver energetic and enjoyable coaching sessions in line with Soccer Stars progressive curriculum.
Report directly to the territory owner on all aspects of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Effectively engage all kids to help them develop a love of soccer in a fun, imaginative, non-competitive environment.
Effectively and clearly communicate with the school leadership teams and have a solution-oriented mindset.
Must be reliable and punctual to all classes, allowing enough time for commuting to locations.
Provide hands-on individual and group attention to all kids during soccer classes Own reliable transportation and willing to travel up to 45-minutes one-way to get to class locations.
Must be able to commit to a 10-week season.

Must be able to pass a State and Federal background check prior to commencing employment.
Availability must include select weekday mornings between 9am and 1pm $25 - $40 per hour dependent on experience.
