Camp Program Support Professional

This role involves assisting the assistant camp director in leading scheduled group activities such as challenge courses, climbing walls, fishing, and hiking, while supervising and supporting campers with developmental disabilities in various recreational and social settings. Essential duties include providing individualized personal care, ensuring camper safety day and night, and implementing positive behavior support strategies.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-Paced environment. Physical requirements include walking/Standing for extended periods, moving across uneven terrain, and occasionally lifting 30–50 pounds, alongside possessing a valid driver’s license.
