Essential duties include providing individualized personal care, ensuring camper safety day and night, and implementing positive behavior support strategies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-Paced environment. Physical requirements include walking/Standing for extended periods, moving across uneven terrain, and occasionally lifting 30–50 pounds, alongside possessing a valid driver’s license.
