ISLA Program Instructor (Personal Outcomes Coach), Jefferson County

The personal outcomes coach will provide continuous support and training to help individuals achieve personal goals outlined in their individualized support plans while ensuring all guidelines are met with a joyful spirit. Responsibilities include attending meetings, maintaining detailed progress notes daily, and assisting with individualized safety plans.

Candidates must possess a passion for helping others and empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (Idd), along with strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Previous experience is a plus, but motivated individuals new to the field are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
