Life Skills Coach PT (Direct Service Professional)

The coach assists in providing direct educational, vocational, and supported living services, training individuals with disabilities in practical skills necessary for independent or interdependent living. This involves implementing assigned objectives from the support plan, fostering well-Being, and assisting with fundamental daily routines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid california driver's license with good records, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift 50-80 pounds. A high school diploma or ged is preferred, along with a willingness to learn about the needs of individuals with disabilities.
