Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. This role also involves taking the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and ensuring compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. Additionally, applicants must meet state requirements for education and the childcare center's specific requirements, including the ability to engage physically with children indoors or outdoors.
