RN - Professional Development Facilitator - Neuro Critical Care

This role involves identifying staff orientation and educational needs for neuro critical care, developing and implementing educational plans, and collaborating with quality teams to enhance patient outcomes. The facilitator also serves as a resource, mentors staff, and coordinates continuing education and competency validation processes.

Candidates must be graduates of a state board of nursing approved program with a bsn required, and a master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field and a current rn license in virginia are mandatory.
