Pharmacist, Clinical Specialist - Solid Organ Transplant (Kidney)

The transplant pharmacist will develop and maintain treatment protocols and guidelines for solid organ transplant patients. They will also provide direct patient care and medication education throughout the continuum of care.

Candidates must be graduates of an acpe-Accredited college of pharmacy and possess a current virginia pharmacist license or be eligible for licensure. An ashp-Accredited pgy1 pharmacy residency is required, with specialized pgy2 residency training in solid organ transplantation preferred.
