Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler guide will lead a mixed-Age toddler classroom within a montessori framework, focusing on preparing environments that foster curiosity, independence, and confidence through observation and individualized lessons. Candidates must have experience working with children aged 0-3 in a group care setting and align with child-Led educational approaches, requiring required ece or child development credits and a bachelor's degree in any field. Interest in pursuing fully sponsored montessori certification is also sought.
