On-Call Daily Substitute Teacher - SAS Middle School (26-27 academic year)

The daily substitute will assist with preparation and instruction, working closely with small groups of students to provide intervention and actively participating in weekly meetings. Responsibilities also include implementing classroom policies, managing student behavior, and leading students to and from special activities.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of a 2-Year degree in a related field, and fingerprint clearance through the nys department of education is mandatory. New york state certification is preferred, with certification in ela and math being a plus, and prior teaching experience is preferred.
