Swim Team Coach

The assistant swim coach will direct the summer swim team program for swimmers aged 5-18, focusing on establishing a culture of team spirit, sportsmanship, and passion for competition. Key duties include managing administrative tasks like registration and scheduling, actively coaching groups, leading other coaches, and planning/Executing team practices and competitions.

Candidates must possess passion and enthusiasm for competitive swimming and coaching children aged 5-18, along with a dynamic and charismatic personality to inspire swimmers. Required qualifications include solid competitive swim coaching experience with technical expertise, personal competitive swimming background, strong organizational skills, and computer/Social media proficiency.
