Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising youth programming in alignment with bgct’s core program areas. This role focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for youth ages 7–18.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid driver's license and experience working with youth in a structured setting. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage youth behavior.
