• AM - 11:00 AM About Empire Kids Empire Kids is a youth sports center in Benton, Arkansas, offering programs in Preschool Gymnastics, Tumbling, Gymnastics, Ninja, and Cheerleading. We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can grow in confidence and skills through movement and play. Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Preschool Tumbling & Gymnastics Coach to join our Tumble Bearz program. This position involves teaching foundational tumbling and gymnastics skills to preschool-aged children in a structured yet fun setting. If you enjoy working with young children and are passionate about fostering their physical and emotional development, this role is for you!

• Planning: Prepare and lead engaging, age-appropriate gymnastics and tumbling classes based on the Tumble Bearz curriculum.
• Class
• Instruction: Teach preschoolers foundational motor skills, coordination, and basic gymnastics techniques in a safe and fun environment.
• Safety &
• Supervision: Ensure all safety guidelines are followed and provide active supervision during classes.
• Positive
• Engagement: Build relationships with children and their families, creating a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.
• Setup &
• Cleanup: Assist in setting up and taking down equipment before and after classes. Qualifications Qualifications Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting. Background in gymnastics, tumbling, or related physical activities is preferred but not required. Energetic, positive, and creative teaching style. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about working with preschool-aged children.
