Assistant Flag Football Coach Middle School

The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in organizing practice plans and strategies, as well as overseeing player development and ensuring the well-Being of athletes during practices and games. They must also adhere to the policies and regulations of various athletic associations.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of coaching experience at the middle school, high school, college, or professional level. They must also complete specific coaching education requirements and possess strong interpersonal skills.
