Pennsylvania early childhood OT roles remain steady

In Pennsylvania, early childhood occupational therapist roles are typically driven by school-based and early intervention needs, especially in settings serving young children with developmental support goals. These positions can be competitive because employers often look for a master’s degree, a valid Pennsylvania OT license, and prior experience in therapeutic or educational settings.
