Behavioral technician

You will work with each resident on short and long term goals while implementing their individualized behavior support plan. The role involves collaborating with a multi-Dimensional team including aba clinicians and various therapists.

A bachelor's degree or progress towards it in a related field is preferred, along with 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting or 1-2 years in related roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
