5th-8th Grade Math Special Education Teacher Case Manager

The teacher case manager (Tcm) is responsible for co-Teaching, adapting lessons, managing individualized education programs (Ieps), and tracking data for student learning goals. They collaborate with educators to provide specialized instruction and ensure students with exceptionalities can access the general education curriculum.

Candidates should have a strong background in special education and a willingness to learn about student exceptionalities and compliance documentation. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree and certification in special education preferred.
