Trainer

The posse trainer recruits, trains, and supports posse scholars throughout their high school and college journey. They facilitate workshops, track academic progress, and collaborate with mentors to ensure scholars receive necessary support.

A bachelor's degree is required along with experience working with youth and facilitation. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-Paced environment are essential.
