Elementary School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist – Starting January 2026!

Katy, TX (On-Site)

$1000 signing bonus eligibility

$55-$65/hr (1099) or Full-Time Salary + Benefits

Up to 37.5 hrs/week following the school calendar

  • You will provide high-quality school-based speech and language services including:
  • Evaluations, re-evaluations, and IEP-driven therapy
  • Progress monitoring using modern tools
  • Collaboration with teachers, parents, and special education teams
  • Supporting a culture of early intervention and equity-driven services

Schedule

• Up to 37.5 hrs/week, school calendar, predictable daytime hours

Compensation: - $55–$65/hr (1099) or competitive full-time salary + health benefits

Bonus: $1000 signing bonus eligibility
