- You’ll Do: As a psychologist with Andwell, you’ll provide direct therapeutic and evaluation services to children and adolescents across outpatient and school-based settings. You'll work closely with families, educators, and care teams to support emotional well-being and academic success.
- Responsibilities include:
- Deliver therapy in a variety of models: individual, group, co-treatment, and telehealth Complete diagnostic evaluations and collaborate with families to recommend next steps Provide trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate interventions Flex between in-person and teletherapy care as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner
