Conduct screenings, evaluations, direct therapy, consultation, and family/caregiver instruction to support communication goals. Collaborate with school teams, parents, and other healthcare providers to support each child's educational and developmental success. Develop and implement individualized care plans and therapy goals based on each child’s strengths and needs. Document progress, reassess regularly, and update goals to promote meaningful communication outcomes. Promote family involvement and education to reinforce therapy techniques outside of sessions. What You’ll Bring: Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (or CFY in progress) Current Maine Speech-Language Pathologist License Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred Current CPR Certification Come see what we do with a ride-along or job shadow!
