Residential counselor - Behavioral youth support (3rd shift)

The residential counselor is responsible for the supervision and management of children and adolescents with mental health conditions in a therapeutic residential setting. They ensure the safety of residents, provide therapeutic support, and document resident behavior and interventions.

A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required for this position. Candidates should have the ability to relate to and work with children and adolescents, along with satisfactory communication skills.
