Behavioral technician

You will work with each resident on short and long term goals while implementing their individualized behavior support plan. The role involves working in a 1:1 setting with an all male population and collaborating with a multi-Dimensional team.

A bachelor's degree or progress towards a degree in a related field is preferred, along with 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting or relevant aba experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
