NJCAP Facilitator

Njcap facilitators are responsible for delivering empowerment workshops to students, school staff, and parents/Caregivers. They engage students through interactive activities and create a safe space for discussions about sensitive topics.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience working with children or in educational settings. Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss sensitive topics are essential.
