The Instructional Support Coach will mentor and coach education staff to improve instructional quality and support classroom practices. They will also assist in long-term strategic planning to enhance early childhood outcomes through data analysis.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience working with infant/toddler children and in a supervisory or coaching role. Certification as an Infant Toddler CLASS Assessor and relevant credentials are also required.
