Elementary Instructional Assistant (Apply directly with STEM Charter School - DO NOT apply with DCSD online)

The elementary instructional assistant supports teachers by assisting with classroom management and delivering small group instruction in reading and math to elementary students. Key duties also include monitoring assessments, encouraging student independence, providing clerical support, and supervising students during non-Instructional times.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a criminal background check, demonstrating a strong commitment to student learning. Required attributes include excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and proficiency with mac, pc, and google applications.
