Learning Specialist (Mild-Moderate SPED) (Apply directly with STEM Charter School - DO NOT apply with DCSD online)

This role involves delivering special education services for middle school students (Grades 6-8) with mild-To-Moderate needs, focusing on assessment, developing ieps, and implementing targeted, data-Driven interventions. The specialist will also collaborate with educational teams and provide leadership in professional development regarding differentiation and special education compliance.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education (Master's preferred) and a cde teaching license with appropriate special education endorsements. Essential requirements include extensive knowledge of various disabilities, expertise in data-Based decision-Making, and the ability to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
