Assistant Teacher & MAP Teacher

Assistant teachers will collaborate with lead teachers to support a positive learning environment, provide small group instruction, and facilitate the academic day, including stepping in as a substitute when needed. They will also work in the mustang afterschool program overseeing students during afterschool hours.

Candidates should ideally have at least two years of paid or volunteer experience working with children aged 4-10, demonstrating a strong developmental understanding and the ability to build rapport professionally. Essential qualities include excellent communication skills, flexibility, a collaborative attitude, and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging work.
