Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized skill-Acquisition and behavior-Intervention plans written by a supervising board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect accurate, real-Time data on all treatment goals and behavior programs. This role involves direct care, maintaining communication with supervisors for support, and adhering strictly to all treatment plans and ethical standards.

Candidates must possess a minimum high school diploma or national equivalent and hold an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification through the bacb. Additional requirements include passing background screenings, obtaining a fingerprint clearance card, maintaining active cpr certification, and demonstrating strong communication skills and compassion for working with children and families.
