We specialize in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and prioritize play-based, child-led approaches that honor each individual's unique way of being. We also run social groups that are a core part of programming, not treated as a separate add-on. You’ll have the opportunity to build and lead peer-mediated interventions, target joint attention and reciprocity in natural contexts, and see meaningful generalization happen in real time.

• Role: SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.

• You'll Do: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers") Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies Work across home, school, and community settings Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming) Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings
