RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician)

Hawai`i Behavioral Health has an immediate opening for an experience Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Hiring across ALL Islands: Oahu, Big Island, Maui

Job Type: Part-time

This is a flexible position with multiple scheduling options and most RBTs begin with part-time hours, depending on client needs and availability.

Pay

$26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: Minimum 15 per week

Responsibilities

• Implementation of treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, feeding, and social skill needs
• Monitor the progress of clients and work closely with the BCBA to update treatment plans as necessary
• In-Home services 8:30am-10:30am & Community Services 10:30am-4:30pm
• The RBT position is a part-time, hourly position, that will slowly transition upward to a full time position of 40 hours/week

Requirements

• Valid RBT certification; If you are not yet certified, we can also provide the training course to become a Certified RBT, with an employment commitment of 360 billable hours after certification.
• 2+ years of experience
• High School Diploma minimum, Associate's or Bachelor's degrees a plus
• Active CPR/BLS required
• Active First Aide Certificate required
