RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician)

The rbt will implement treatment plans developed by a board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) focusing on communication, behavior, feeding, and social skill needs. This role involves monitoring client progress and collaborating with the bcba to update treatment plans as required.

Candidates must possess a valid rbt certification, or be willing to complete the training course with a commitment of 360 billable hours post-Certification, and have a minimum of two years of experience. A high school diploma is the minimum education, though associate's or bachelor's degrees are preferred, alongside active cpr/Bls and first aid certifications.
