The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans for children and young adults with asd and developmental disabilities, while also conducting necessary assessments to guide clinical decisions. Responsibilities also include providing supervision and guidance to registered behavior technicians (Rbts) to ensure high-Quality service delivery.

Candidates must be a certified bcba in good standing and possess active cpr/Bls and first aid certificates. Proven experience delivering aba services to children with autism, demonstrated ability in assessments and treatment planning, and strong clinical judgment are required.
